Our integrated solution features the compressor stage directly flanged onto a gearbox, complete with essential components like the oil tank, oil pump, and oil filter. Plus, our unique Ultracoat rotor coating ensures higher efficiency and corrosion protection. 

Our CD.S single-stage oil-free screw compressor blocks are perfect for low pressure applications like pneumatic conveying, jet starting, N2 generation, and bulk tanker ship unloading. 

For high-pressure demands, we offer the CD.D double-stage air ends, which are flanged onto the gearbox alongside the low-pressure stage. Rotors operate smoothly on anti-friction bearings, running freely without contact in demanding applications such as chemical, automotive, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries.
